Starting 11/15 Fans will determine which bands will be eligible to win by voting for all eligible bands. The Top 20 Bands in each city, by way of votes will be reviewed by a panel of judges who will select one band out of the eligible 20 to play live in their hometown on The 2008 Rockstar Taste of Chaos Tour.
